Hello, My name’s Jeff Manrique and I am a Mind & Body Wellness coach based in NYC. I was introduced to yoga about 10 years ago and fell in love with the amount self healing I received from the movements. I became obsessed with educating myself about the mind, body & breathing.
Through my journey I have become certified in Yoga “connecting the breath with movements” to increase mobilty & flexibility of the body, I have taken inner Engineering courses to deepen my study with Deep Breathing Meditation and Pilates certified to focus on strengthening the core & legs.

My Transformative Yoga sessions are tailored to fit your specific needs & goals and are helpful for those who are new to yoga, I specialize in connecting the breath with movement, Yoga for bigger bodies & Restorative yoga. using blocks, bolsters & other props to create a supportive practice.
Pilates Training Sessions focuses on the alignment and strengthening of the core & legs of the body, learning to properly protect the lower back.
Deep Breath Work Meditation Sessions helps decrease anxiety & stress in order to improve the overall health and wellness of the mind as well as taking better control of the the internal chatter of the mind, also known as “The Monkey Mind”.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jeff in a multiple personal yoga sessions. For someone who is thicker and taller in stature, I felt super welcomed to the practice with no judgement. I was slightly skeptical of the practice as my life is constantly changing and moving so fast that it’s hard to think that taking a second for yourself is not a waste of time. I was highly mistaken in my own ignorance, and am happy that I opened myself up to the practice. I feel so much stronger within my own body & mind.
